EMAN Music is a Los Angeles-based private music studio founded by EJ and Eman — two Berklee College of Music graduates who met through their shared love of music and performance. What started as individual teaching practices grew into a full studio disciplines under one roof.
We founded EMAN Music because we wanted to offer something different - lessons taught by working professionals who are still performing, producing, and creating. We don't just teach theory. We teach the real experience of being a musician in one of the world's most competitive music cities.
Between us, we've performed at Newport Folk Festival, toured with Allen Stone, provided background vocals for New Kids On The Block, performed for the Boston Celtics at TD Garden, and contributed to a GRAMMY-nominated album. We bring all of that into every lesson.
Most importantly, we genuinely love teaching. Watching a student find their voice — whether literally or creatively — is one of the most rewarding things we do. We work with all ages and experience levels, from curious beginners to serious pre-professionals, and we meet every student exactly where they are.

EJ
VOICE · PIANO · SONGWRITING
EJ is a versatile vocalist, pianist, and songwriter with a deep passion for both performance and education. A graduate of Berklee College of Music with a degree in Vocal Performance and a minor in Vocal Pedagogy, she brings both technical expertise and genuine warmth to every lesson. She is kind, patient, and endlessly encouraging — regardless of a student's experience level.

Eman
CELLO · MUSIC PRODUCTION · SOUND ENGINEERING · MUSIC THEORY
Eman is a Berklee-trained cellist, music producer, and sound engineer. With a degree in Music Production and Sound Engineering and cello as his principal instrument, he brings a rare combination of classical training and modern production expertise. He is a strong believer in the two-way nature of teaching — learning from his students just as much as they learn from him.
